Mission Statement:
The mission of the Riverton Recreation Department is to provide activity
opportunities for the present and future needs of the community. Recreation
services are to promote positive and safe activities and sound skill
development in a friendly environment.
The Riverton Recreation Center is on its second year of providing services to our community. We search out organizations offering new activities and bring them together for your convenience. When a new program is requested by Riverton residence, as our After-School Care was, we make every effort to accommodate these needs. We appreciate your suggestions and are always in need of people willing to make our city more enjoyable.
The Rec. Center is here for you so stop in to sign up for activities, hang-out, and help us build opportunities in the Riverton area. If you can’t make time to visit us, check out our website at rivertonrec.com where we have an event calendar and online registrations.
